As Part of Rhinotronix 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, we are committed to total customer satisfaction.  If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your products we will provide a full refund for the price of the product any taxes paid within thirty (30) days of receipt of the item(s).

To return an item:   Simply return the item via a shipping method that can be tracked.  Be sure to use a traceable method, retain the tracking number for your records and ship to:

To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.  Be sure to obtain a tracking number from the shipping company for the return shipment.
